 A 21yr old man Julius Afuape has been arrested by men of Ogun state police command for forcefully having carnal knowledge of a 13 yr old girl (name withheld). The suspect was arrested following a report by the aunty of the victim who reported at Ayetoro divisional headquarters that she came back from work on the 30th of September 2020 at about 3:45 pm only to discover that her 13 years old niece had been sexually abused by the suspect who lives in the same neighborhood with them. The victim explained that she was alone in the house when the suspect came at about 1:30 pm and claimed that he was sent by the victim's aunty to come service her generator.  It was on that excuse that he was allowed to gain entrance into the apartment.  The Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN) on Friday  lampooned Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde for allegedly brutalising an Ogun State based broadcaster, Wole Sorunke, who is known as MC Murphy. The FIBAN President, Desmond Nwachukwu who addressed newsmen in Abeokuta on Friday described the incident as unbecoming of the fuji star and holder of Mayegun of Yorubaland title. Sorunke, a popular radio presenter and event anchor, was allegedly beaten and brutalised by the fuji maestro and his boys on Thursday night at the 60th birthday party of the Olu of Itori in Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State, Oba Abdulfatai Akorede Akamo. The FIBAN President told journalists that Ayinde, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, brutalised, harassed and humiliated the FIBAN member over what he called a minor issue.
