NBC CODE: FAYOSE BLAST BUHARI'S GOVERNMENT, SAY'S BUHARI IS A DICTATOR

Former governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has expressed Sadness over the controversial five million Naira fine inserted into the new NBC code for persons or media outfit who insults political office holders in the country. Fayose in his usual rant on twitter  said, those who used the media to spread all kinds of lies while seeking power are now afraid of a free press now that they are in power. He said the present government doesn't want Nigerians to speak against President, Governors,  Lawmakers and others who are like their servants.

Fayose further stressed that, it was becoming clearer  that the freedom enjoyed under military government can no longer be enjoyed  in a democracy.

Fayose said it was unfortunate that most Nigerians did not heed to earlier warnings from people who saw it coming.  He accused the selfish politicians whose only interest was to grab power then, of turning deaf ears and that the consequences are on all Nigerians. He also predicted more worst situation ahead.
