Oba Maroof Alagbe plans low key marriage for daughter.

Oba Maroof Adio Alagbe, the Elegusi of Egusi Ota will on Thursday 27 August 2020 give out her daughter's hand out in marriage in a low key celebration. 

This was made known by the media aide of the kabiyesi in a statement released earlier today contrary to a rumor from an online news claiming that the event will be in grand style.  The event will hold strictly by invitation based on the covid-19 pandemic and in other  not to violate the laid down guideline of the government. 

The kabiyesi personally regrets the current situation worldwide which halted the planned grand style celebration which has now been aborted. 

The wedding will hold in kabiyesi personal parlor.

  Saturday 22nd August Menu EFCC Arraigns Man for N17.5m Land Scam in Port Harcourt The Port Harcourt  zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has arraigned one Kingsley Odum before Justice I. M. Sani of the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt, Rivers State for land fraud. He was docked on one-count charge of obtaining money by false pretence to the tune of N17,550,000.00 (Seventeen Million, Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira). OLUWO IFADAMILARE EYINJU ELEDUMARE CONFERRED WITH MAYEGUN ONISESE ISEMBAYE TILTLE
