AGAIN, OLU BLOCK FOUNDATION FEEDS HUNDREDS OF WIDOWS IN ADO ODO OTA LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

 



Olu block foundation, a foundation which was established to touch the lives of the needy in Ado Odo Ota Local Government has once again touched the lives of hundreds of widows in Ota community and it environs today 17 September 2020. In a very brief ceremony, held at No 6 Aiyetoro street, Mupin Ota Ogun state Nigeria which is the temporary site of the foundation, the event which kicked off at 11:25am lasted for just 30minutes. 

The founder of the foundation, High chief Ibrahim Fayomi who also doubles as the Otunba Apagunpote of Ijebu land, while addressing the overwhelmed widows explained that the foundation was established in order to touch lives with the little resources available. He further stressed that though, the food items giving to the widows might be little, it will always get better. The chairman of the foundation Mr Kenneth Blankson apologized to the widows for the stress of registration been passed through. He said it was necessary for the smooth running of the program as it will be done on monthly basis. 

At the end of the presentation, the widows at the event all chorused in appreciation, ESE O. Which means THANK YOU. This is the third batch of the widows empowerment program since it kicked off in July 2020. 

The next program of the foundation will be coming up on the 26th of September, 2020 which will be a free eye check up. The program is scheduled to start at 11am.

  Saturday 22nd August Menu EFCC Arraigns Man for N17.5m Land Scam in Port Harcourt The Port Harcourt  zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has arraigned one Kingsley Odum before Justice I. M. Sani of the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt, Rivers State for land fraud. He was docked on one-count charge of obtaining money by false pretence to the tune of N17,550,000.00 (Seventeen Million, Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira). OLUWO IFADAMILARE EYINJU ELEDUMARE CONFERRED WITH MAYEGUN ONISESE ISEMBAYE TILTLE
