I Am Now Better Positioned On Peaceful Community Conflict Resolution, Oba Maroof Alagbe Elegushi Of Egushi Ota .


The Elegushi of Egushi Ota kingdom, Oba Maroof Adio Alagbe has said he is now better positioned in resolving community dispute.

While granting interview to news men in his palace on Thursday 22nd April 2021 after a four days intensive training on (ADR).

The monarch said this was made possible after undergoing a four day rigorous training on alternative dispute resolution (ADR). 

The training was organized by the palace of the paramount ruler of Awori Kingdom, under the leadership of Olota of Ota kingdom, Oba professor Abdul-Kabir Adeyemi Obalanlege.

Elegushi further explained that he is now in a better position and now experienced in proffering solutions to community and international disputes. 

The monarch who explained that the training was a tough one expressed desire to extend such gesture to his council of chiefs stating that knowledge means power. 

In his final words, Oba   Maroof Alagbe promised to continue to be a peace ambassador as he has always believed in peaceful conflict resolution.

  Saturday 22nd August Menu EFCC Arraigns Man for N17.5m Land Scam in Port Harcourt The Port Harcourt  zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has arraigned one Kingsley Odum before Justice I. M. Sani of the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt, Rivers State for land fraud. He was docked on one-count charge of obtaining money by false pretence to the tune of N17,550,000.00 (Seventeen Million, Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira). OLUWO IFADAMILARE EYINJU ELEDUMARE CONFERRED WITH MAYEGUN ONISESE ISEMBAYE TILTLE
